Anything that has had a spirit at one time or another can die. And they do keep their spirits whether they become the "undead" or not.
Vampires do have the same spirit that they had when they were alive. Granted they do not die of old age, but that does not mean they do not die. They usually die horrible deaths that would make the average person cringe.
That being said, of course I have a vampire spirit. That is the exact place my name came from, as did my fiance on here. If anyone wants to debate me or Serena about this subject, please message me and I will be happy to debate.
I d oagree with part of what the last response wrote. That vampire spirits stay until they can find their bodies again. But the bodies they look for are not just anyone's body. They do not go looking for someone elses body. They are in search of the body they once had. For in a way they long for their body to return to them so they do not have to rely on others to get through spiritual barriers.
I know that what I am talking about may confuse some people. So this is where I say that if anyone has questions on anything I have written so far about vampires or spirits in general I know of three very good sources; myself, rosefoserena, and krona. I know them all personally and we all deal heavely with spirits and vampires. Afterall, all three of us have them.
I would also like to add that I do think a lot of peoples' opinions on here about vampires are based off of what the media makes them to be. I do know that this is because we are raised to disagree with everything paranormal. But if we explore other option, such as spirits and vampire spirits in particular existing, then we will find out that society has been teaching us wrong. People do not want us to go against the mainstream society, therefor they try to not let us find out these things, and find out these things to be true.
