Do you have any new spells, come and share. We want spells you have proven work. Must have power, Do your best.
Yea, like soulshroud said. "The question is, why does someone crave "power"?"
Point is, you have to be pretty balsy and ego driven to think YOU have the power to change another person's life, karma, life plan, etc. if they do something to piss you off. You really think people can light a candle for 7 days, wrap some string around a doll's head and say some words and make another drop dead or have bad luck?
Long ago I realized the only reason people buy into "spells" and "magic" is because they feel powerless over their life or feel too intimidated by others and feel the need to try to gain control or scare others into staying away or leaving them alone. And there ya go! POWER.
"You cannot change anyone else, only yourself."
Now, I believe you can intimidate someone through the power of suggestion. That can mess with the mind and the mind is a powerful thing. But that is a shitty thing to do and it WILL come back to you. Intention is the key to it all. What are your intentions?
That's my 2 cents.
Fini.
I didnt question that, dont all vampires/people crave what they dont have? more power?
Investing in any ritual is developed, few "potions', and 'spells" affect another person. Those who know know where in lies the affect.
There is a whole community that thrives off of people seeking incantation, potions, and charms, and the supplies to engage in ritual. It is found that most people
end up using said items for "window dressing", or "ice breakers".
I have seen people attempt to pass off commercial items as sacred relics, even going sso far to attempt to interprete the symbols.
Is there a result of some crafts, actually , yes there is
though more often it is all in the wishful thinking, or vain bragging.
a post above stated that so well too.
Intent is a key factor in ritual formula. The other factor.. Ha I will not tell.. not that it is secret.. but to tell
nulls the formula.
i think that magic is simply the manipulation of energy and i have found that i do not need spells or potions or whatever to do so. i taught myself to use it through meditation.
ritual is just another way of focusing the mind and will. some people need a eucharist for that, others spells and incantations, others meditation. Different sides of the same coin.
People have far more power than they can ever imagine. The trouble is they are either afraid of it or/and the ego gets in the way. This is why we use spells and rituals. It gets us out of our own heads and moves the ego to the side. 'Where ever two or more are present, there I'll be.' There is very damn good reason for this. Too bad that only a few understand it.
As for this intent is the key shit, we use to have a saying when we were kids. "Hell is full of people with good intentions." I blame this Wicca fluff for the lazy thoughts. You need to DO to make anything work.
As for the spell and potions themselves, check Scott's Cunningham's books. Once you get the idea you can pretty much improvise some very interesting rituals for either yourself or group. I have been to one circle where we a Chocolate Ritual!
If a persons intention is questionable, then their actions follow suit.
what a persons intends to accompilish is relative to intent.
Personal advancement should be consistant, too many wait for some situation to arise that makes them feel the need for power (rejection etc.) then they are ready to employ any and all available options.
It could be called "fair weather Craft". specifying, a desire for spells with "power" only is rather intresting in this case.
A personas intent is for them alone to examine.
Somehow I think you missed the context that I used
when I mentioned "intent is a key factor".
