I keep recieving strange messeges from what i believe to be the spiritual world. A couple of very strange things happend... I was on the phone with a very good friend of mine, when the other line beeped... i picked up the phone, but all i heard was static and breathing. A few days later, i was browsing through some pictures of me, on my computer and found that in almost every one, was an orb of light. There was nothing to reflect such a light in the picture.

Have you ever felt you've been contacted by the other world?

Do you have another theory of how we are contacted?

I think it is most often likely that if indeed we are contacted by another world..that those messages would come in the dream cycle. The unfortunate thing about that being, that dreams are what they are..but we really can't say for sure just what they are. Most other things like what you described are more often bad/crossed phone connections or unfortunate photography. It is possible I think..but to verify it between people without bias is not quite as possible.

I completely believe in this. I have this happen to me quite alot. I do communicate, I have seen them. Open your mind more to this and pay attention.

yes it is possible to be contacted from the other side. I to believe in it and I also investigate into the paranormal.. most of the time the spirits you will incounter are friendly ones that dont realize their life is over on they are reliving an event in their life. some just have unfinished business here on this life time.. Some good place;s to try and collect EVPs and picturs of spirits and ghost are cemeteries,, old building,places that have had violent murders. if you want to know anything else or go further into this please message me.

mrd - thank you for your opinion, but do you not believe that dreams are just a process of imagination during unconsciousness? In other words... just what we want ourselves to believe. Given the evidence, i'd say paranormal activities have been proven as real. Has anyone studied or heard of the Darklore manor?

I completely believe in being contacted by those in another world. But I know that you have to be careful who tries to contact you. It's like here, not everyone's good.

I think you might go back and read what I wrote. I did not say that I believed that dreams were mere products of chemical reaction..I said that we don't know exactly what they are. I might also add that, NO paranormal event has ever been proven. You cannot prove the existence of what cannot be tested, recreated, and accepted through or by physical analysis. You can only convince yourself, or convince others with something the through bias seems like proof.

Yes i believe it is possible to be contacted and indeed to contact. I have had experiences of a similar kind through touch, sight and dream. However this is only my opinion i believe in what happens to me but other people may experience/believe differently. Each experience is unique to the individual and subject to interpretation

Most "normal" people would say it's a coincidence. I know that there's somebody (every so often) that tries to contact the living world for one reason or another. I've heard some strange voices coming from one of my cards. A trading card game card. Whenever I'm holding the card it "talks" to me.

I don't believe in ghosts and I don't see any need for anybody to be contacted by such a thing or anything from the "spiritual"world. !... I do believe though that it's really easy to deceive ourselves and that we see or hear what we want.

ah and mbrooks475, it seems to me that quite on the contrary, "normal" or most people tend to be very superticious and believe in such things since they cannot endure the possibility of being alone in this world, that is there is nothing beyond ourselves.

I do believe that you can be contacted at times. I was when I was at my grandmothers side when she died. My mom had died a a couple days earlier and she was in the room to take grandmother across so was their guide. I also used to do excorsisms. Trust me those contacts were not pleasant lol.
In time the reason will be revealed. It normally is at least if it is important. I do believe though that there are both good and bad contacts so be careful about opening up cause who knows who you will get or for that matter what you will get.

I come in contact with otherworldly presences frequently...it is entirely possible, and a little exciting...whereas some may be scared or freaked out, I accept it, even if things get insane...

have you tryed to contact who ever it is thats trying to get in contaact with you?
you should research the best way to recieve messages from the beyond..most tend to stay around untill you finally listen to what they have to tell you

Communication with other realms happens in many different forms...Each mind finds different path ways easier than others...You might try to clear your mind during meditation and try to open yourself to find the best way to further these communications...

I beleive it to be true because I have personally dealt with this. Everyone thought I was nuts for it too. I receive signs all the time about my life in gerenal and for particular parts of my life that are complicated and I happen to be struggling with. I have also had signs that were telling me to contact someone.

I know what I've seen and heard and believe that one can be contacted... sometimes a true contact and other times, a very scentific explanation.

i think that i believe in it....i mean, oujia boards are a way of connection with the spirit, i believe. i guess that's one actively seeking out the connection rather than the other way around though, i suppose

Yes definitely.. The astral plain speaks in many tongues and it's up to us to decipher the language...

I will not deny that such is possible.

I've had a few symbolic, authentic spiritual experiences that I still have yet to fully uncover their meaning,... and in some sence, I wonder if I will ever find out their meaning for that matter.

Though, I have learned that many things that are percieved and suspected as such are only misconceptions of natural events. Believe it or not, this is brought upon by the anxiousness to experience something supernatural! Of course, when the mind loses its patience, it begins to jump to conclusions! ... I have been a victim to this many... many times, as I am sure all of you have AT LEAST a few.

Heres something to consider.

The orbs of light in your photos and the static in your phone are debatable, but if indeed something is trying to contact you, more will happen.

And when the authentic comes,... you will know it.

One day i went to the place where you get food to get food.. :-P and well i was going back to my room opened the door and when i was closing it... something tuged on it.. or kept me from closing it and when i looked i saw something loooking right at me.. when i peak my head out to check if it was my dad......... there was no one there... at night i see my shadows moving... and i start to sweat like crazy... im not scared its just how my body reacts to the problem... what i want to know is... is it all really happening or am i just plain crazy? i dont feel crazy >.
