Yesterday the U.K. announced City Bankers were given 7 Billion pounds in Bonuses? To most this seems rather odd since many of the Banking institutions they preside over were bailed out by the Public.

It occurred to me, 'Perhaps there is a layer above the newly turned' ?
Given that 'money' or 'monies worth' is essence work and thus life force ; Can one legitimately classify these Elite Bankers as REAL Vampires? Your thoughts.
