Psy energy constructs

There have been several threads regarding constructs this is in the efforts of unification.

1) What do you use constructs for?
2) What rules or guidelines do you follow regarding constructs?

I was always cautioned to only give one construct one function. Especially if it is to be separated from the self. Like leaving a construct eye to watch an area then collecting it and the visions.

This is something that I learned back in the late seventies. Get a hold of some Rosicurians books. Don't remember which one, been awhile. The copy I had, I threw away. Didn't want it hanging around for the wrong person to see it.

One of them will teach you how to do this. It is a basic technique but you need to have this experience for other things such as full control/ conscious of the astral self. Which also leads to bi-location travel. It all starts with this golden ball of energy that you create in your palms. After this is created and takes form, you can either use it to make a shield around you by expanding or place consciousness inside it to create these constructs. The constructs need to be programed as you make them. They will follow what you created them for then come back in your energy field without any other thought.

The forming of the ball is the first step. Have fun with sending this ball around your room. Then tell it to go somewhere you know and see if you can pickup and keep the information that you got. Confirm the information! This is important for your learning. Either go there or call a friend to find out. The more you practice, the more you need to confirm what you learn. Positive reinforcement is important when doing this.

Forgive my ignorance,but I do not quite understand this concept..would anyone mind explaining it a bit more please?

I know for me it was always hard to graps the ball because i had a hard time concentrating and focusing, because i have so much nervious energy.

I also think that aside from travels we use these constructs with any form of intent.

For me it is more a matter of focus and intent while using you energy/the energy around you for a purpose. Many Taoist texts go into how you can heal with this energy, how we exchange it ever time we talk.

To me it is the simple, yet complex idea of Qi (chee for pronouncing and is listed as this, in some American texts). We can use this to travel, tell the future or heal depending on our intent and our basic mastry of this energy.

When I say energy I mean it in a loose term. This is what physics is trying to harness and understand. Right now it is mainly in quantum, but no one has a true understanding of it. It is the idea that we are not whole/solid beings- but millions upon millions of molecules that should we master Qi we could walk though walls, or water.

Freaky and sci-fi, but still it is developing. As of now the only real way to train with this is through Occult measures or Eastern forms of Health care. Even some wester health care uses this: Reiki, Healing Hands and others. Do we understand scientifically why they work? No. But all of them have the same or higher response rate as placebo effect, so are considered viable treatments. For those of you that don't know placebo effect works 30% of the time or greater- which if you didn't know is the FDA level of effectiveness for a drug to be approved. Basically if a drug works without side effects in 30% of the population then it can be approved, so the other 70% of the time it can have side effects (scary huh?).

There is a lot more I could say on this topic, but I want to hear what people think, since to start out it was just focused on Astral projections, and not the other uses of Psy energy.

I have used energy constructs primarily as psychic shielding very effectively. The other area I have had some success is sending healing energy over distances. It is used as a guided container filled with energy sent to invigorate the person in need.
