Depends on what you like... From previous times I have gone ya can't go long with the inclusive beach breaks... The one in Cozumel is great. Snorkeling is great too... ya get up close and it's inexpensive. I swam with the stingrays twice and it was the best thing I've done as an excursion. I've never done a Mayan ruin tour but I've done tours of the cities and all have been a waste of time and money. I'm sure the Dolphin swim is great. The cave tubing looks great in Belize and I heard good things from others that have done it.

The Tulum ruins of Cozumel and the cave tubing / zipline in Belize.
