Ok I decided. The Contest for banners will be starting on February 1st and you have until March 1st to turn in all entries.

The ACMs will be voting. I will not. All of VR can enter. My coven members are exempt from the contest.

Dimensions should be no larger than 500 pixels by 200 pixels.

All banners will be placed on the banners page for all of VR to use which ones they like. Winner of first place gets their banner on the main page of Hell.

Forgot to mention the theme for banners should be pertaining to Hell or something like Proud supporter of Hell - you can use catchy phrases if you want.

I am going to allow the dimensions to be changed to 600 x 200 - but no larger. We don't want them to stretch the pages of people.

Do you just post the banners here?

One entry per person and I would prefer them to be sent to me personally so I can put them on the banners page

Please do not start sending your banners until February 1st - none will be accepted until then. That is when the contest starts.

Ok it seems I need to address these issues once again because no one is paying attention.

1) No entries will be accepted before February 1st. Any banners sent before that date are disqualified from the contest.

Please keep to the dimensions specified above - no larger than 600 (width) pixels by 200 pixels (length) and no smaller than 500 pixels by 200 pixels. Any smaller or larger will not be accepted.

All banners should be sent to me, any posted within this thread will not be counted. I do not have time to check this thread each day. This is why I said sent to me in a message.

All entries must be in on or before March 1st by Midnight. Voting begins on March 2nd. I have extended my ACMs voting times since some do not get on each day. The prizes will be handed out by the 5th of March, no later.

All banners will be put on the banners page of Hell, for people to snag and use. It will contain the name of the person who made the banner. The winning banner will be put on the main page of Hell along with the person's name that made it, their avatar and a link to their profile.

First place is a year's membership. Second place is a 6 month's membership and third place is a one month.

Any signs of copying another's work will be disqualified immediately. Please add the date you made your graphic and your initials inconspicuously at the bottom right corner of your banner in small text. This has already been an issue that has popped up.
