Richard Matheson died on Sunday in Los Angeles.

Richard wrote several vampire stories, most notably "I am Legend", a novel about the last human being left in a world full of vampires. I am Legend has been made as a movie several times - the first being "The Last Man on Earth", staring Vincent Price, and more recently as "I am Legend" staring Will Smith.

This great writer will be greatly missed.

I have three of his books! Truly one of the Elite has left us!
