a question i would ask Karen is did she have a father in her life, i've notice with a lot of girls who only date asshole men, 9 out of 10 times the father was not there, or here and there. Thus these girls never learn how a man is supposed to treat a woman, they learn from asshole men, cause thats all they know. Me i would give the guy a try.

I used to be the same if he wasn't covered in tats, had a rapsheet, and so forth i didn't want nothing to do with the guy. Now that i'm a bit older and wiser, i've gone in the other direction with men, and i've been really surprised and happy with my results.

sadly that is how some of us have to learn, we never really listen to the wise old gurus but would rather suffer and such at the hands of jerks and low lifes. But i try and teach my wisdoms when i can and hopefully save one person from the heartaches of love.
