You see all of hese other states doing something so we should too~

HAH! Good luck with this one. As a former Ohian myself, I can tell you the Ohio Freaks are a lazy bunch.

Having said that, bowling...yeah, it's hard to bowl in ten inch vinyl platforms.

I recommend a goth club. There's a good one in BG, now called iNation.

Good atmosphere, good people, good music.

I know a few places in Cleveland where I'm at but other than that, I'm not sure.

Cool, I'm currently in findlay being Mr Godtather, but it'd be in october or after.

And, as monk said: iNation(skybar) is a good place. During the summer its not SO overly crowded.

18-20 is like 3 bucks
inappropriate attire is 15 bucks. (ICP wear is one of the inappropriate attires)
doors are open at like 9/930. I am there pretty much every wednesday!

if it is a special event day, usually everyone gets charged and can range from 5-7 bucks.

I live in san diego ca but I will be visiting columbus ohio from this wed the 22th till the 28th a tues. it might be a lil late to set something up but if you guys want to do something somewhere in columbus let me know and we'll see what happens.

I live in IN so Ohio is really not a long drive at all. I have organized and attended several VR meet-ups already. And if someone organizes an event soon with time, date, place, etc...I'll come. =) I'll check back to see if anyone comes up with something...

i use to dwell in OH. but now i'm in the mountians of KY. post a date & time and i'll try to make this as my first gathering. Would be most interesting to meet w/ppl that don't look @ me like i need to be instatutionalized lol. well.. maybe >.>

For those of you in NW Ohio, I'll be up that way in a few weeks for school (go Falcons!). And um, yeah most likely going to the first goth night of the school year. I'd love to do a meet-up with some of the amazing folks here on VR! (It'd also be cool to meet more people who aren't college freshman/sophomores - no offense if any of you are! *smiles*)

The zoo does sound like fun! But, aside from that... seriously, we have got to do something about the lack of VR fun around here. I have dreams about opening a vampyre/halloween themed bar/nightclub here in Springtucky (Springfield) but the lack of money seems to be a major barrier at this point in time. Still working on accomplishing that dream, though!

Being from PA, I tend to visit fellow vamps In your state.
My recommendation to you is just pick something everyone likes to do and you will pull it off successfully. Bowling kicks ass btw even though i suck LOL. if i had the funding available i would come out and support and its a 5 hour drive.

I am Living in Sandusky Ohio right now and I would LOVE to be able to attend anything I can but i'm broke right now and no car :(

I too live in Pennsylvania it would be nice to get together with all of you but my current financial situation..and my crappy car prevents me from going anywhere too far but i'm sure soemthing could be worked out *shrugs* let me know.

Is Columbus a central location for everyone? I live a few hours southeast of it. We could plan something there.

I live in South East Michigan which is only a half hour away from Toledo and a two hour drive from Sandusky..so if at any point we actually settle on something we intend on either doing or meeting up at, let me know I would love to meet everyone! =)
