Coven Master, Assistant Coven Masters, and
Masters At Will
1. ACM(s) (Assistant Coven Master(s)
These are the people in the coven who I have selected to help me in the governing of this Coven. They have all the powers within the coven that I have, except they cannot mark a member or disband the Coven (even if they themselves become Sire level ).
2) Forum Masters / Detail Masters etc. are MAsters At Will ( MAW)
They are responsible for cleaning and clearing the Coven Forum Threads.
Remember, even in the main forum and other places on VR, you represent this Coven.
Please, try to conduct yourself with dignity at all times.
If you have something less than dignified to say, please message a friend with it or come to our Coven forum to vent. (see the coven forum rules below for details on conduct)
If you have a problem within the Coven, consult an ACM If I am not on for you to contact me. My ACM's are my right and left hand when I am not present here.
But remember * ALL MEMBERS * are subject for being punished for breaking any rules, even ACM's.
1) VR Site Rules/Coven/Alliance Rules
Abide by all VR Site Rules. If you get suspended, you will be blinded until the suspension is lifted. Vr Site Rules are the First and foremost rules we abide by...then our Coven rules. If you break VR Site Rules, you break any and all rules that pertain to this Site and the Coven and it's Members, so be respectful and abide all rules always.
Breaking Site rules is disrespecting Cancer who graciously created this Site for *YOU, to be on,
so respect it! No tolerance and no excuses for breaking site rules Sorry. read and comply...simple enough.
2. NO DRAMA
I don't want any drama brought to or started in the Coven. Yes, this is OUR Coven...you are only here because *WE* allow you to be. The consequences for drama will be decided by me on a "case by case" basis. Start shit with me, and you'll be blinded until you reach sire or you will be sent to Purgatory.
3. Coven Crest/Alliance Crest/Banners
This is to be displayed on your profile within the first 48 hours after induction. Certain exceptions do exist but, that will be decided by me.
The crest is NOT to be altered in ANY WAY. The only exception will be my ACMs. Any ACM who would like to alter their coven crest, make your alterations and send it to me for approval.
Masters in this Coven earn the right to be able to do this.
*YET, if you feel you wish to alter the crest then you as well have to send it to me to be approved.
Alliance Crest/Banner is up to LordRazr He is the Alliance master not me, so ask him before altering anything he has as a crest or Banner.
4. The Coven Forum
EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO POST AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK.
Forum Master(s): It is your job to keep up with and clean the Forum. Make sure posts are in the proper thread and make sure threads and posts are not getting out of hand.
Threads will be closed or sent to the "Graveyard" if, they haven't had a new post in a month's time. Also, threads will be closed if they are pointless bullshit.
If I or an ACM open a thread, it is NOT to be closed by anyone but, me or the ACM that opened it.
If you have something to get off your chest or if someone has pissed you off, come to the coven forum to rant. DO NOT rant about ANYONE in the VR Main Forum.
5. Multiple Accounts
You may have up to 2 accounts or personas in this Coven. If you have one that is an ACM, then the 2nd one cannot be ACM, yet it can be a Forum Master. If you have 2 personas and one is a Master at Will (MAW) then the other one may not have powers. This is to allow everyone a chance to move up in ranks within our Coven.
6. Favortism of Profiles
If you have a girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife or other family members or a best buddy on the rave or in this Coven, we cannot show favortism to them. Anyone who is an ACM cannot induct or do a trade for them unless it has already been approved by the Master. There will be no discussion on this; it is a mandatory rule.
7. Coven Favor
I am not going to set limits on Favor, just earn what you can.
MAIN RATING RULES:
Favor is given by Cancer for your activity on VR. The more active you are; the more favor you earn. Favor is what helps Houses and Covens to excel in status, so do not downrate any of your fellow Coven Members or Alliance Coven Members. Not only is it disrespectful; it causes us all to drop in our hard-earned Status including the whole Alliance - who have worked hard on their profiles. If you feel a member's profile is not worth a 10, message them and ask them to update or let you know when they have updated so that you may return and rate them a true 10.
This rule above all has no exceptions in Our Alliance. Either comply or tell me why you disagree and tell me if you wish to be traded...I will gladly send you where you wish to go.
