vampire or (wulf) I help reguradless.....sometimes the torch wavers dim to bright again as it burns to light up the dark before you......but those that learn to enjoy helping others even one time....end up with an eternal ember....even when that ember helps a single person with love and freedom....that never stops burning light for the driving back of darkness....no matter how much emotion pours upon it to put it out.....it burns that sadness away....before it will burn out completely...

....hahaha...that's probably what the Japanese samurai warriors at peal harbor....thought about my grandpa.....and would have told him in English if they knew how to speak it.....do you know what those samaurai warriors say now? absolutely nothing....their dead....by his hand...lol harharhar....if this were feudal Japan what does that make me ?

my grandpa thought alcohol was worth more then their nation of Japans emblem....as he trade a bunch of their swords to forget the memory of how he acquired them....

Reporting in for lord fangore...( I will now report my daily exercise as he does. to him...since....I like his forbidden....but in no way a clone)

3 sets of bicep curl dumbbells x20,reps 80lbs 2x40

1 set of 30 ab leg raises ( in the middle.of doing more)

I'm not done....but will post the rest after if I don't get busy....

3 sets of 2x60 120lbs dumbbell floor bench press

I'm in the middle of working on more right now...
