If you want more work on your hands and no spare time why not get yourself a house. Sure I love my house, sometimes but god its a lot of work. Right now Im building a new bathroom.

Last night I got depressed when I thought of all the money Im putting into this house.

Ah well better get on with it again.

Lots of money but lots of return!!!



If it makes you feel any better I too put a new bathroom on to my house this year.....with a few extra things and it cost me a ton.
