I know I haven't posted any fitness photos lately. The truth is, throughout June I was semi-sick. That, coupled with my college schedule resulted in me not getting to work out as much as I would have liked. I was in the gym about 3 days a week on average - just enough to keep up with a maintenance routine.



July was much better. I worked out very hard this past month. I've reached some new levels. I hope to be able to post some pictures this weekend before I leave for Vegas.
