A Really Weak Love Potion and Antidote

Have you ever wished someone just kind of liked you a little bit more, but you didn't want them to be head over heals ga-ga in love?
Then you came to the right place!
if not... (Sorry!) you will probably find little use in this. I discoverd it at my new house a couple of years ago:
What you need:
1. A heat-safe bowl
2. Three roses
3. A standard sink
4. A strainer
5. Clover flowers (Add leaves for buffer if desired)
6. Pepermint, preferably fresh.
7. Glass bottle or jar that can be sealed.
Directions:
Turn on the hot water in your standard sink, and when it's considerably hot, fill the heat safe bowl about half-way. Add Clovers, then rose petals, then peppermint. Wait four minnutes. Then use your strainer to seperate solid ingredients from liquid, and you should be left with a translucent purple-violetish fluid.
Drawbacks:
This potion can only work properly if used within 24 hours of the time it was made. When the liquid turns brown, it has expired and will have no effect except for a nasty taste.
Antidote:
Heat water without boiling it, place powder of a crushed rose (The whole rose this time), clover leaves only, and cloves.
If the antidote doesn't work, a god old-fassioned argument will stop the effects of this potion just as well.
