The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Some of my friends & family knows there's something different about the way I approach things but can't pinpoint what it is let alone knowing about my being empathic. Because of that, they often come to me for advice, help, or mediation. Since I'm also somewhat telepathic, albeit not skilled, I also use telepathy in my mediations. I do tell them that I do plan to use telepathy & telempathy & I assure them that I won't be looking into their personal lives so they can decide whether they want me to mediate or not. The members of my coven are the only ones that know exactly what I am, so I am both High Priest & advisor.

Note: Once I get home, in about 1 1/2 weeks, I will be able to contribute more to my journals, including my most prized spell that I recite over every gift I give to a pagan friend, "The 13 Powers of a Witch.

I've never really referred to myself as a vampire, even a psychic vampire, in part because of the negative connotations. But if you really want to get technical about it, because I "can" use the psychic & emotional energy as well as 3 of the environmental energies (earth, water, & air), I guess I am. That in no way means that I can't be a witch, if anything, it makes me a better witch because understand the nature of energy & how to use it. All living things possess energy in 1 form or another. Contrary to what Hollywood films would have you believe, vampires are not dead.

I've been practicing since I was a kid. If my family in Georgia knew, they would hit the roof because most of them are devout Christians.

I've always been very inquisitive so I wanted to learn more about my ancestors. I manage to get a hold of one of my uncle's family tree & it looked like there were large gaps in it so I started asking around. They either wouldn't acknowledge it, dismissed it, or avoided the subject altogether. I finally found an aunt who wasn't as religious as everybody else. She showed me an unabridged version of the family tree.

I was able to trace my lineage all the way back to the Salem witch trials & farther. I also found out that I had a living relative who's family still practiced, so I sought them out. They welcomed me & taught me everything the knew.

That's really cool that you were able to track down that familial information. I've been estranged from my own family, on both sides, and only recently found out that I'm not the only witch in the family of Protestants. Somewhere along the family line, my mother traced some heritage back to Salem as well, but the relation was to one of the prosecutors of the witch trials.
