With this spell U can make it so will not be able to look at your liscene plate , for thier eyes will bend around in or slide off the plate







Take about a 1/2 teaspoon of ( mortar ground) broken mirrior, a shaking of dust from a rag that has dusted a TV Screen ( 1 quick snap into ur prep bowl), and ur prefered incensce smoke ( I used Poison) and mix the Dust with the Ground mirror will stirring over the incense smoke (use a Prism to stir) , while u chant over this :

With all light that you see by ,

May your eys slid off the site I have Blessed,

Bend and whirl away , inquiring eys that wish to invade in my life's way. Delay my journey not , for there are are peril naght .

As u dust the liscense plate and repeat the chant 2 times more... becareful though not to get the ground mirror into ur fingers...
