sitting here listening to 50 cents and leveling my profile
trying to forget some stuff going on in my head right now
blasting music is the only way for me to block out the loud
voices.
is the only reason I'm getting the help my next appt is on the 15th and 16th of this month
they're trying to figure out why I'm hearing the voices and seeing shadows they're thinking it has to do with my bipolar

still haven't been to bed yet I feel wide awake don't know why either
my mind won't shut down long enough for me to sleep (sighs)
