No artificial lights. The cell off. All digital devices off. No contact with the world. Hold the intent. Light three safety light candles. You're going to need them. One near the water. Place the others here...and there. Pace. Think. Intent. Cover ground. Be silent. Focus on that and only that...till 3:33am.
Begin.
Whisper.
"Christ passed away."
Walk.
Walk to the bath. Cold water. Ice water. Get in. Panic. Control the shivers. Let it violently caress you. Let it shock you. Get through it.
Feel yourself almost slip away. Feel the air leave. Control it. DO NOT LEAVE THAT WATER until you are numb.
Whisper.
"End and Death be at my door.
End and Death. Nothing more."
And just when you can't take it anymore, you slowly leave your icy pool. Shivering. Stand before the mirror. Do not look into it. Grab the athame and make a slash in your commanding hand. Don't hesitate. Do it like you mean it and say...

More blood.
Walk to your front door. Open it. Let it trickle at the floor...right there. Leave your 'mark'. Look out to the night sky. Deep breath. Speak.

The athame in your cold hand. Speak. More confident.

Icy cold wind.
Smirk. Speak.

Icy. Chills. Those unexplainable sounds from all around you. Right behind you.
Smirk.
Now, close the door. Lock it. Turn around...
