¼1/4 cup lard

1 /2 teaspoon clove oil

1 teaspoon chimney soot

1 /4 teaspoon cinquefoil

1 /4 teaspoon mugwort

1 /4 teaspoon thistle

1 /4 teaspoon vervain

1 /4 teaspoon tincture of benzoin



Melt lard – add all bet benzoin

Mix well – add benzoin

Stir and simmer 10-15 min.

Strain in cheesecloth into fireproof container

Store in a cool, dry place

1 oz myrrh

3 drops lotus oil

3 drops honey



By hand mix benzoin, cinnamon, frankincense, galangal, and myrrh in a non-metal bowl.



Add lotus and honey – mix

Cover tight w/ plastic wrap

Leave in dark Western facing area for 2 wks. Undisturbed



After, grind with mortar and pestle into fine powder. Store in fireproof non-metallic container
