Boy did I screw up today.....sigh.....
I spent the day doing nothing......knowing I had to make a 90 mile drive one way to Lex. to spend the night for an all day board meeting tomorrow. Then I got showered and ready and left about 8:30 tonight.
I drove to the hotel....bags in hand.....I go to check in.
"I am sorry..I have your name with that group but not until next weekend." Uh.....what?
And she repeats it. I stand there for a minute...just staring....and then finally say....
Oh well .....in that case......thank you. Turn around and walk back to my car. Get out the date book. Yes it was the day I had written down......three MONTHS ago.
And it was apparently the WRONG weekend.
So.....I drove right back home.
I pull into my town....and the gas light goes on just as I get to the gas station.
Now the really bad thing.....I had already cancelled class for tomorrow. And last week was a holiday.
I can't cancel class again next week. And the board meeting is only once every three months.
So......creative thinking.....or....immediate cloning is needed.

I am so tired today that I stared at the screen trying to remember how to do the font code. Then I had to say the words as I typed them to get them correct. Good thing this site does spell check too.
Eleven hours in the office today. Lots of interrupted nights making my sleep patterns off. I am going home now....the computer stays at work. I will get it tomorrow when I come in.
Bathroom, food, bed........that order.
