The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I heard Elan and Sagan from the new Nightwish album. Sagan is definitely more catchy even though it is the B-side of the single. I like those two songs as I like every Nightwish song. However, one thing that Nightwish definitely lacks after Tarja is eroticism. Their songs used to have a sense of romance and eroticism, but now it is just Tuomas' daydreaming, which I find beautiful, but it doesn't feel the same anymore.

My favourite Nightwish era was before Marco. I love that guy and everything he brought into Nightwish, but their music had a scent of darkness before him and lost it.

Nightwish is definitely my favourite band and I love their every song, but I don't feel like I'm listening to the same band when I hear some old albums and the new ones.

I can't help saying that I will probably never stop hoping Tarja will join them again ;)

I agree with you sister. Nightwish had a HUGE impact on me musically. They have always been and will always be my favorite band. I believe each of the singers they have had, contributed something different. Though Tarja will ALWAYS be the essence of what they are to me. However, Floor is so incredible, I am really glad she is a part of them now. But yes, I hope they at least do a collab with Tarja, it would be incredible.
