I suppose here is as good a place as any to express what I cannot otherwise process, without bottling emotions.

I found out over the weekend that my remaining grandmother has end stage bladder cancer, it has spread to the point where surgical intervention is not an option, I've been seeing dementia rob her of more and more functionality and her sense of self every time I see her as well.

She is incredibly precious family to me.
