you don't "have to" keep a journal, its an option you got
lol but then again when people add your journal to their favorite journal list you gain % bonus points to level, so I guess if you want to get bonus points from the journal you kind of have to have one

You write in it what you want too and yeah like said if people add your journal it will help to level you. It is kind of fun to do it though and then back at some of the stuff you write. Oh, adding your journal and stuff to help you level. Welcome to VR.
