I know you have been giving a new last name and a family that can provide for you way better than I ever could does not mean that I stopped loving you. Every day since the past 6 years I wake up every morning thinking this is the day I might get to hear or see you again but so far that hope has not happened.
Yesterday you turned 14 I went to the park where we said goodbye and cried because of the memories. People tell me that some day I will see you again but it is getting harder and harder to believe that. I love and miss you so much my son.
