She cries but she is smiling

She loves with her heart

She hides behind a wall

Stones clash one of blood

One of passion

It is silent

Madness has won

Passion and desire has been silenced

This is a prison

She smiles while she cries

No one can see the tears

They are false

They are only tears of her heart

Sweat runs down my chest

And my sides, I sigh

It’s cold out in my room

The light is blinding behind my lids

My eyes are closed

Screams are deafening

Everyone is asleep

I silently cry for help

Everyone laughs

I scream to listen

The world turns a deaf ear
