The Sangrita
2 oz. Jose Cuervo Reserva Platino with Served with a 2 oz. shot of fresh sangrita mix, which is made as follows:
¾ cup tomato juice
½ cup orange juice
3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon of onion powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, chill in the fridge before serving.

Tommy Margarita
2 oz. Don Julio Blanco
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Agave Nectar
Shake it with ice, then strain and serve in an ice-filled rocks glass with a lime wedge as garnish.

La Paloma
2 oz. Don Julio Blanco
1 oz. simple syrup
½ oz. lime juice
1.5 oz. fresh pink grapefruit juice
3 dashes of grapefruit bitters
Top with soda
Combine all ingredients (except the soda) into a cocktail mixing glass, shake with ice, strain into your glass filled with fresh ice; top it off with the club soda. Serve in a highball glass rimmed with sea salt and garnish with a lime wedge and straw.

1.5 oz. Don Julio Reposado
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
Top ½ oz. Crème de Casis
This one is stirred in an ice-filled mixing glass, then served in a highball glass and garnished with a lime wheel.

Margarita
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz triple sec
dash of lemon or lime juice
3 oz sour mix
lime wedge for garnish
salt or sugar to rim the glass (optional)
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
If desired, salt the rim of a chilled margarita glass.
Pour contents, with ice, into the glass.
Garnish with the lime wedge.

The Tequila Sunrise
4 oz orange juice
2 oz tequila
1/2 oz grenadine
orange slice for garnish
maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the tequila and the orange juice into a highball glass with ice cubes.
Stir.
Slowly pour the grenadine around the inside edge of the glass, it will sink and slowly rise to mix with the other ingredients naturally.
Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.

The Tequini
2 1/2 oz blanco tequila
1/2 oz dry vermouth
dash of Angostura bitters
olive or lemon twist for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the tequila, dry vermouth and bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an olive or lemon twist.

The Adjustable Rate
1 part Hornitos Blanco Tequila
1 part Cruzan Blackberry Rum
1/2 part DeKuyper Tropical Pineapple Coconut Liqueur
5 parts fresh pineapple juice
splash of orange juice
pineapple for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple.

Agave Kiss
2 oz Herradura Tequila Silver
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz double cream
1/2 oz Chambord
white chocolate flakes for rimming
fresh raspberries for garnish
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Herradura tequila, white crème de cacao, double cream and Chambord.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, rimmed with white chocolate, add a spear of fresh raspberries, and serve.
