Laziness is to help fight boredom when you don't really have anything better to do, procrastination also helps this process
when you don't get up and shower in the morning it feels like a chore that you have to do, so you procrastinate until you do that, after you shower you have other things to do, which adds to the procrastination time
eventually you will procrastinate most of the day away and boredom is nonexistent
today, I got up and worked a 10:30-2, so my shower was done in the morning, the dishes weren't to hard, I walked my dog because they said about rain at 6pm (still waiting for that rain almost 2 hours later), so now I'm bored because procrastination didn't keep me occupied until I overcame it at about 6pm and then take forever to do what I need to which can take til about 9 or 10pm and 11 is when I'm back in the room for the night so I still have about 3 hours of boredom
Oxytocin, the snuggle chemical
it's possible my brain produces entirely too much of it because that's usually what I want to do but have no one
my count down to escape is to a much bigger city with people I don't know and it's kind of in desperation because I don't know how to safely alter the chemistry of my brain to make it so I can deal with being alone better
