step outside or sit by a window where her light can find you.

Hold a small cup of dark liquid wine, juice, or water and breathe slowly.

Moon of shadow, silver-veined,
Keeper of the night untamed,
I call the ancient, quiet fire,
The velvet dark, the deep desire.

Blood of earth, pulse of sky,
Teach me how to never die
Not in body, but in flame,
In spirit fierce, in hidden name.

Let me walk where shadows gleam,
Half in waking, half in dream,
Magnet heart and piercing sight,
Child of dusk and sovereign night.
