Sat and watched Fast and the Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious this evening whilst eating ham and cheese sandwiches with my eldest. Good quality time together we may watch the other four D.V.D's tomorrow evening. But i do know that the weekend it is a Star Wars movie moment.
There are just days when i actually dont say much and for good reason.
This morning is a good reason and example. I had done my shopping and was getting into a taxi as i dont drive. The driver has known me for close to 7 years. He struck up a conversation and it was about age and i went along with it.
Next thing to come out of his mouth was that he would hope to have brains to kill himself before he was ever cared for or looked after by a person.............
Well some may be thinking that is a perfectly good enough comment away with. However this man used to drive my diasabled son to and from primary school. He knows that i am his full time carer.
I just sat for the rest of the ride home in silence.with my eldest who was with me in the back seat.
Opinions are great but really for a driver you would think he would perhaps have known better than to have come away with that comment.
So my son is sat watching tv and its the dam football. Next thing whilst im looking through VR he turns to me and says "Im hungry" with a puppy dog look on his face. Christ boy you got fed a while back and you know where the kitchen is. He has to be taking a stretch as he going to be eating me out of house and home. Shall wake up to think i have dam termites only to see him munching on timber or something like that.
For now biscuits are keeping the rumbles at bay. Lets hope no one mistakes late night rumbles for the thunder in Scotland tonight.
Today has made me want to cry more than once. Outside of VR sometimes reality drama happens and unfortunately there is not red button in the corner for me click and switch off.
So this evening when i logged on i found an inbox message that made me smile with laughter as my friend Payne only knows how to. Thank you :)

Its always nice to have friends who can cheer you up when you do not have such a nice day in the real world. Well, I do hope you are feeling better now. :)
You are most welcome, and you know this. I'm sorry the day was bad...Keep your head held high,Rose!
Today sucked on so many levels my Grans birthday for which she wouldnt even have known it was as she has dementia. I couldnt have gone to visit her any how as kids are on holiday and with my youngest lashing out it would have been a difficult journey.
Of course relatives and siblings would have done their bit and she wouldnt need another face for confusion to add to the mix. But she was in my thoughts. Yesterday would have been my parents wedding anniversary as well had they not divorced. Thinking about it all had that not happened i would not be here and neither would my boys.
A mixture of emotions for certain and as on queue the Scottish weather has been very unpredictable outbursts of heavy downpour in raining followed by sticky heat waves.
A lot of confusions but hoping the rain washes some of it away.
