Alright then, in the last 3 days, I have heard 2 individuals say/ imply they were going to take a website I was checking out down.

The first situation involved financial transactions. The announcement I heard told everyone who could hear it to sell an asset and withdraw their funds. The result of this announcement caused shares worth around $16.00 to become worth around $1.00. My guess is that the private message was broadcast publicly because someone involved tripped a security protocol. That security protocol also tagged or marked everyone involved in the pump-and-dump.

The second situation involves a semi-anonymous individual who is lurking on VR and other social channels. This person constantly attempts to use their influence to damage others' efforts and/or reputations. Their influence extends outward from a YouTube channel that focuses on the paranormal.

I see both of the above situations as abuse, possibly abuse of power, and potentially borderline collusion, which implies organized criminal behavior or activity.
