MrD came up and visited this past weekend, putting 4 vr members under one roof..... interesting to say the least.

I'll admit that I didn't really know him prior to his arrival, although Sahahria speaks with him on a regular basis. Well, MrD, nice to have met you! We had a few interesting discussions about, well, pretty much anything we could! I'm just sorry i had to work so much and had to leave you at the mercy of 2 females for more or less the entire weekend.

Come on back up to the 'better country' anytime you want my man!

To make up for my drunken foolishness Friday night, I took the roomies to Call the Office here in London. It's my Sunday night routine to go there, usually with my guy friends. Being the end of my birthday week and that we hadn't had a chance to go out as roomies since everyone got here, we all went.

Aside from a buddy of mine being a complete ass all night long, everyone had a great time! I can see this becoming a Sunday night ritual.. so much for it being 'guys night out'.. lmao

I'm glad the both enjoyed themselves, met some of my friends and aquantinces and got into some of the fun that London has to offer.

It definately brought us all closer as roomies, which is always a good thing!

Oh yeah, and it ended my birthday week on a really good note!

Oh god.. not doing THAT ever again... my head feels like it's going to explode... so much for relaxing with friends and only having a few.. you'd think i'd learn by now...

I've come a long way baby! lol Here I am, 1 year older, possibly a little wiser, definately in a better position from last year.. soo much has changed, yet so much is still the same.

Birthdays definately aren't as major a deal as they used to be, guess that happens when you pass 35. Gone is the urge to party my face off in celebration, instead replaced by a desire to enjoy a little time with good friends and family.

Getting closer to 40 (gods that's a scary number!) I find myself looking deeper at my life and wondering where its going to go. I have a plan, I just have to see if it's going to be feasible to happen.

With excitement and a little trepidation, I look forward to what the next year will bring me.

Well, here we go!

I always thought that when you left high school, you grew up, matured and moved on with your life beyond what is was to be a teenager.

Yet here i am, almost 37 years old, working in a place where the age range of the staff runs from about 19 up to over 50 and it's still like I'm in grade 9 or 10.. All the bullshit that went on back then is still occuring now.

I would have thought that a more mature work environment would have existed, but it appears that I was wrong. Now don't misunderstand me here, I think having fun at work is one thing (that should be done), but creating drama and bullshit just because you can? Pathetic and immature.

One last note, before you think this is about you again, it's not. Not you or anyone else from on here. Just to be clear. :)

Hurry Sahahria.. your doggies are going to need therapy soon...lol
