i've finally had a day (thanks to an ear ache) to do NOTHING

well, except watch Pinocchio and trip about in the database

how i love the database!

i'm actually more fond of the scif section's database, but i made myself promise myself i wouldn't spend time there until i catch up in the Vampire Rave's database since it's growing so rapidly

and i enjoy browsing the things people have added and looking at all the pretties i want



i think it's wonderful that the database has taken such a prominent place, it definitely makes it hard to keep up though!

i don't understand any of the issues people have with any aspect of the way the network is run or set up. none of it is oppressive, none of it squashes free thinking or expression.

really the rules are a protection for many. i consider myself one of those many.

my time here is free from drama, explicit sexual images that i honestly do not want to see, people being ignorant for the sake of being a disruption and i never feel pressured to be anything i do not want to be, or reveal more than i want to.

that may be boring to some, but for me it's a haven and a place for me to have a good time.

i appreciate all those who deal with all the crap so i don't have to.
