We left Saturday afternoon. The flight attendant was funny. She said stuff like "Should this flight turn into a cruise, your seat cushions double as a flotation devise." She also sang "We'll be coming down the aisle when we come. We'll be coming down the aisle when we come. We'll be picking up the trash..." To the tune of she'll be coming around the mountain. It was tres hilarious.



We took a cab to Hotel St.Pierre. Dropped our stuff off and headed to Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop . Then over to The Funky Pirate to hear Big Al Carson sing the blues. Woooo, can that man sing! He was funny too. They had a tip jar and he said "Don't be bringing me no one dollar bills up here. That tells me you don't want to hear your song. If you bring me a five that tells me you want to hear it within the set sometime. If you bring me a ten that means you want to hear it within the next three songs. If you bring me a twenty that tells me you got to get the fuck out of here and you want to hear your song next. If you give me a hundred, I'll make up a song just for you." heh. I love Big Al. We stopped by some tiny place for food. Yum! then back to the hotel for some sleeps.



Sunday: We had breakfast at QUARTER SCENE RESTAURANT. Wandered around. Meandered our way to The Aquarium. They had a lobster in there the size of P-Nut! That thing was HUGE! Camera's were low so we went back to the hotel and plugged them in. Had dinner at the The Clover Grill . Then went on the Ghost Expeditions. . That was spooky and super cool. If you ever go to NOLA, you have to do this!!! After wards we went to The Original Dungeon. gothichappiness didn't like it so we went back to The Blacksmith Bar. I love it there too! Then off to bed.



Monday: It was raining so we went to Harrahs Casinos to play some slots. I think we broke even. heh. Over to Hooters for some chicken wings. Wandered around. Stopped at Pat O'Briens where I had my first ever mint julip. It was alright. Takes a bit getting used to. They also had a 3 gallon glass for their hurricane. Egads!!!!Back to hotel cuz our plane was leaving at 6:25AM. Blah!



Tuesday: Home. Sleep. Post picture's. heh.
