The Relentless had taken a long break after a world tour and were now back in the studio to start working on a new album. Johnny had written some things in their off time, getting a lot of his past out on paper so it didn't linger in his mind anymore. He even already had a title for the album, Vindicate, which the guys all seemed to love when he pitched it before they even started working on the material. It was a good jumping off point to get them started.

He went through all he's written with them and they were pretty much producing it themselves, which Elias was more than alright with. It was mainly Johnny and Leo doing the production, but Vic and Dylan did give their input when they had an idea for something.

They had been in the studio for months now working on things, already having a few songs recorded already and even changed some things at times, but it was all coming together so smoothly. And having a blast working on it themselves. They really enjoyed that aspect and talked about doing it again for the next project.

After a few months working on the album, Johnny had doing some interviews talking about the upcoming album, giving the fans updates that way and on TikTok and Instagram. The fans kept asking questions and he wanted to respond and needless to say they were all excited as fucking hell for the new material and tour to follow the release of the album.

The songs were now complete but Johnny mentioned it needs one more song and had an idea for another one. He began to work on a song he called Cut and had paired it together with a poem he had written awhile ago and it was perfect. He and the guys worked on the music for it and as he began to record vocals, he felt like there was a missing element and thought it would sound better as a duet. And so he went in search of the perfect woman for the job.

As he continues his search he suddenly hears the most beautiful voice he's ever heard in his life and looks up everything he can about the woman singing. He then contacts Elias and asks if he can contact her and see if he can arrange for them to meet and the man has no issue doing that at all and gets right on it.

Elias manages to track down her management team and gets her contact info and calls her.
