Made my first Matrix puzzle today.. and tried to solve several but dont seem to be getting it down..



Will see if I have better luck with making them then I do solving them.

Well I was recently inducted into a house. The House of Madadh-Alluidh.

Of all the things that I do I love to do research and track things..



Today I just finished making a database for myself so that I can track my ussage here on Vampire Rave. Sad I know.. am stuck inside because of the snow.



Oh well.. at least this way I can stop cluttering up my desk with the pieces of paper with my ussage on them.. lol.. trying to be organised and clean house but oh well.



I am also keeping track of the things that I rate.. profiles, portfolios and database items.. on a daily basis. Kinda curious to see how much I accomplish in a given amount of time.



Heck I even looked in to locating a tally counter so that I could more easily track the counts that I am keeping.. they are not that expensive, for the most part.. and I didnt even know that you could get tally counters that do from 1 to 6 differnet tallys at a time.. kinda weird the things you can find out when you look at something..

I know.. the things people do when they are bored and have nothing else really to do.. sigh..





Ok.. am rambling I know.. going to go work on my poetry soon I suppose.. Found some of the note books that I have kept over the years.. have some interesting stuff in them.. some things that I have not looked at in AGES.



....or I could clean the turtle tank.. does not really need it.. but probably could use a water change just because... will see..... could always shovel snow too.. yeah.. I think I will find something inside to do.

Found out I can view the Vampire Rave website at work.. which is amazing. Normaly I would not have even tried.. but it was a rainy day.. I was bored.. figured what the hell..



The most that it could do was lock me out of the site and say it was restricted, no big deal.. but low and behold.. WHHHAAAA there it was.



Enjoyed showing a co worker the site all day long. The joys of a slow day and a skeleton crew and being in charge.

Kinda frustrated today and am going to unload here.. deal with it..



I am a volunteer instructor at the Arts and Crafts here where I live. I donate endless hours of my time to teach children and adults to do ceramics. I teach the adults to pour, clean and be creative with thier works.. I teach children and adults to paint with differnet styles and techniques.



I have involved my children in this hobby of mine, they learn just as well as anyone else, and they help out. Sure they can not paint as well or work on ceramics as well.. but hey.. at least they listen.. but I digress.. this is not about them..



Today I was at the shop and was told that we have to downsize.. that means we have to get ride of half the ceramic molds that we have.. HALF.. why do we have to downsize?? Because the manager, who is convenently away at a craft fair, is a prick thats why.. he hates ceramics.



So instead of advertising to bring money into the shop he is going to let it fail.. and why.. because he hates it.. he is goig to run it into the fricken ground and when that happens he is going to say, as he has often joked about saying..."oh well, see I knew that would happen..Close it down and lets get some real use out of it." PRICK!!! GRRRR



Today I spent 5 hours going through molds and setting them outside for people to go through and take what they want for a $1 each. Some of these molds cost a graet deal of money. Granted some of them dont and more then a few hundred where dontated.



Yes I admit that there are some that should be tossed.. but not 50% of them.. There are places that we can donate them to, or hell.. give some time to let people go through them to take what they want before trashing them.



It hurts to see such a great thing taken away and I have done a great deal to try and ensure that it is not taken away. Have made many friends and taught some great students.. and yes.. made a few enamies while doing what I felt was right and needed to save this asset..



I wish that I didnt feel this way, this upset but I do.. I cant help it.. I have poured so much of myself and my time into that shop over the last year and a half that I can not be anything but upset.. I am being told not to take it personaly.. but you know what.. I am..



I try and do as much advertising as I can, go to project meetings and draw buisness to the place. The Arts and Crafts falls under the same division that I work for regularly and under the same directorate. My over all boss oversees the place as well.. I grow tired of him lying to my face about what is going on.. its like he thinks I am that stupid.



GGGGGRRRRR .. ok now I think I need to break something.. was hoping that if I write it down that it would help get ride of the tensions and anger.. but its not.. damn it.





: breath: have a good night. I hope to feel calmer tomorrow.. cause if not.. I might say something to my Boss and then go see his Boss. Cause I am like that.

I have been getting a few messages from people asking why I gave them such and such a rating.. and I am honest with them. Everyone puts hard work into their sites, I am currently putting my own together.



It is not an easy thing and I appreciate each person for the work that they put into it.. but for me.. If I do not like something I can not give it a 10. I am honest with those that ask me and tell them what I like and dislike about their pro's.



Keep in mind that not everything is liked by everyone.. what one person likes the next may not. But dont let it upset you.



Keep up the good work and keep trying that is all that counts and in the end.. honestly.. if you are happy with it.. who cares what others think. Chances are that the majority of people will like what you do by simple because you have taken the time to do it.
