There are three reasons a person would ridicule someone who wears it:
1. Their mentality is that of a child.
2. They're envious because they cannot apply it well enough to wear outside of the house.
3. Both 1&2.
Several of my closest male friends wear either foundation or eyeliner and in some cases, they wear both. I will tell you what I tell them- Fuck what anyone else has to say about your appearance. Only insecure, closed minded, immature people will ridicule another person's appearance just because it does not fit into how they look.
And BTW- You apply eyeliner better than 90% of the men and women I have seen. You also applied the foundation so well you cannot really tell you are wearing it- a task not many people seem to be able to successfully pull off.
Take that as a compliment. Not many have a steady enough hand to apply it with such skill.
