Been having a bad electrolyte imbalance for the past 3 weeks. Went to urgent care to get tested. They want me to buy a blood pressure cuff to see if or when I have low blood pressure.
Have a follow up later next month. I'll have to buy it Tuesday when I have time.

I wish childcare mattered to people more than whatever the hell else is going on. NY is full of fake bullshit and lies. I'm really tired of it. All the news around universal care and they're purposefully letting all the centers die. The fraud is bullshit from every side. Why punish kids and parents for the crap the politicians let slide?

Also really tired of the antisemitism here. Can't even bring the spawn to the dentist without the hygienist thinking it's okay to say crap about my people. This is the new normal. I am hated and its popular for everyone to be a nazi. Disgusting.

My great grandparents used to say, stay watchful and keep your feelings close to the vest. They had seen the great depression, they had lived before social safety nets. The unfortunate thing about the times we are going through is that politicians have let it slide so long, all of it, and I compare it to an out of control infection.
I have been talking about this for years. There is no way to actually fix what has been wrong without leaving a path of devastation. None.
People will have to be allowed to fail, just so they can find the strength and inspiration to succeed.

It is unbelievable how many people don't understand that Ny has been led to worse conditions by this govonor just because she's a democrat. She promised so much fake stuff and band aides like 200 dollars for inflation relief and 1000 for children under 4. But I'm spending more than 200 on groceries and thousands on childcare because she ran out of funds. Blame Trump but he put the nail in the coffin just now... not 6 months ago when she decided to run out of funding. They didn't run out btw, she just decided to build a football stadium and put it towards shit people don't need.

Watched it for the first time since watching my sister's Netflix. I remember reading The Oatmeal from my friends of the past on here in the early 2010s. It was nostalgic. I know its canceled but I'm not mad. It ended well for one season. My favorite character is the mom.

I bought two big tubs of creatine [100 servings each] and two 30 servings containers of BCAA with electrolytes for hydration. Order would have been about 150$ but I got it down to 69.99, that's over half off. Would have been 5$ less execpt NY has a law that went into effect last April. You have to show the delivery proof that you're an adult for "weight loss" items. Creatine, if anything adds water weight so that's ironic. But ah well, you know how this state is, always adding red tape for an extra buck. [Same charge gets put on when I order protein powder and its not supposed to. Unless I'm wrong?]

Anyway, I'm proud of myself for getting the cost down so much. Do I really think BCAAs will help me? Not really but I did need some electrolyte mix because I've felt horrible this week. So if anything it's a nice bonus for the days I accidentally skip breakfast.

You know whats been annoying me? The insecure dudes who say creatine will kill you. They say it will ruin your liver, put you in the hospital, or damage your kidneys. Nope, all myths. And why should I listen to guys who have the stomach of a cat with a primordial pouch? Maybe work on yourself and stop jerkin it to guys.

Ooooh, I'm so close to abs. Got to fine tune my diet and I'll reach it, probably before summer. Or maybe by summer, I do get tired with my active work lifestyle.

It is a little vain but it is hilarious to see how some people have changed for the worse. Now their bad personality fits their image. Sad ugly man with patchy pubes for facial hair.
