I am having some strange physical reactions to I don't know what. I ended up in hospital yesterday, in and out of consciousness and am now experiencing increased anxiety, more than usual and soreness behind my ears and around my jaw. fingers crossed it's just the "allergic reaction" the ER doctors put it down to. damn they're hopeless, i thought I was going to die.

I spent the day with the worst kind, energy vampire, and have come home feeling weak, cold and tired. It's going to take me a whole day to recover. must be kind to myself over the next 24. I really didn't need that today, oh well, I'll have to do a protection and cleansing ritual next time I have to see her.

Update - have figured out how to deal with said person and shiled myself against them, feels quite empowering.
