1- find a quite place to sit so you won't be disturbed
2- close your eyes , push all thoughts out of your head and take deep breaths. do this for about two minutes. if any thoughts come into your head keep breathing untill they go away.
3- cup your hands together and pretend you're holding a ball the shape of an orange
4- feel its weight, and weight.
5- concentrate really hard and pretend that the "ball" is turning red and getting hotter with each shade.
6- again concentrate really hard and pretend that the "ball" turning blue and also getting colder with each shade.
7- toss the "ball" lightly into the air and catch it.
8- then put the ball very slowly down in front of you. then the spell is completed.
