i find it really freaking weird that people say real women are only the ones with curves. I mean what about the skinny tall ones and one that work out till there throwing up like me. They arent real?! Its a stupid term.....REAL WOMEN ARE CURVY WOMEN!!!

Hell?! THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN IMAGINARY WOMAN!! (ok maybe lol but u know what i mean) Regardless of how any girl looks ALL WOMEN ARE REAL!!! STOP TRYING TO JUSTIFY YOUR SELF HATE BY HATING ON THE ONE'S UR JEALOUS OF!!!!

me vs binge winner=me!



binging is over eating for emotional reasons. I have had trouble w binges....feeling empty..lonely...and usually as a result of a unfullfilling day. Yesterday i came home to find that my sister had made dinner this piissed me off becuase despite the fact that i have alot if work to do when i get home i like to cook it is extremely important that i did. I ate and i almost ate a whole hell of alot more and almost ate food that was probally bad. guess what?! i resisted and it was a fullfilling day!!!!

Here are a few exercises that are used for toning purposes.



Hip & Outer Thigh Toners:

Lay on your left side with your legs straight out and toes pointed, so your body forms a straight

line. Next, bend your left elbow and rest your upper body on your left forearm. Now, strech your

right leg straight out in front of your body. Your left leg remains in its original position. Lift the

right leg up and down slowly in front of you with your toes pointed. Lift the right leg 15 times.

Complete a total of three repetitions of 15 lifts. Repeat entire process on the right side lifting

the left leg. (do not lift any higher than 8-10 inches off the floor)



Inner Thigh Toners:

Start out on your left side, in the same position as mentioned in the Hip & Outer Thight Toners

section. BUT, instead of stretching your right leg out in front of your body, cross your right leg

over your left leg, placing your right foot flat on the floor. Your right knee should now be

pointing straight up in the air. Now lift your left leg slowly to the height of your right knee and

bring it down. Lift your left leg slowly, 15 times. Compleate a total of three repetitions of 15 lifts.

Repeat entire process on the right side lifting your right leg.



Back of Thigh & Buttock:

WHile on the floor, position yourself on your hands and knees with your back straight. No arch.

Extend your left leg up to the level of your buttock and slowly lower it down to the floor. Your leg

should remain straight at all times with toes pointed. Do this to the count of 15. Compleate a total

of three repetitions of 15. Repeat entire process using the right leg. (for added benefits, tighten

or "squeeze" the muscles in your buttock when your leg is in the raised position.)

Grape and lime iced green tea



You will need:

3 cups of chilled green tea (steep tea bags in hot water until desired taste, toss out tea bags and

chill in the fridge)

3 cups of chilled white grape juice

9 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice

Sweetener,to taste



Lime wedges or slices for garnish

Funky straws to sip from



Pour the green tea, white grape juice, and lime juice into a large pitcher and stir. Add sweetener

if desired.

Pour the tea into glasses filled with ice. You can either float the wedges, use a sword to position

them across the top of the glass, or place slices on the edge of the glass.



Enjoy your concoction!







Orange and Cinnamon Arabic Green Tea



You will need:



Green tea

Some orange peel

Cinnamon (powdered or natural)

Sweetener



Bring the water to boil,but do not over-boil the water,add the green tea,the orange peels,the

cinnamon stick and some sweetener,let the tea infuse and then pour the tea into glasses.

1. CLEAN YOUR ROOM.

- Your mum is going to love this! (Good to keep the parents sweet anyway.) What I mean by cleaning your bedroom, is not simply shoving all your stuff under the bed. I mean, go through everything, order it, sort it, choose what you need, and put the rest into a box for a jumble sale. Go through your clothes and try everything on to see what fits, what you never wear, and decide what to keep, sell, and bin. Clean the windows, hoover and change the bed linen. This should all take you time, which is exactly what you need.



2. BRUSH YOUR TEETH.

- Start brushing your teeth after every meal and after every 'meal'. Takes up time, gives you nice fresh smelling breath and clean teeth, and disguises the smell (or lack of the smell) of food. It also discourages you to eat after it because food and toothpastey breath doesn't mix nicely.



3. GET A HOBBY.

- Find a hobby, and become obsessed. By being ana/mia it is likely that you have an obsessive personality, so for most it shouldn't be hard to do this. Go through different things and find your perfect hobby, and keep it up.



4. EXERCISE.

- Alot of the time you may be weak, so light yet continual exercise is probably best. Go for long walks around your area, or cycle.



5. SHOP.

- If anything will distract you, shopping will. Make sure that you don't buy food though. Earned money is best (look to Tips and Tricks no.10).



6. SHOWER.

Of course I'm not suggesting you don't already shower, but having a good long hot shower will waste time, make you clean, and make you be with your naked body.



7. SLEEP.

- Get enough sleep. Sometimes tiredness and thirst are mistook for hunger, so take regular naps throughout the day. This gives you more energy which you'll need when fasting, and obviously takes up time.

Thinspo is short for thinspiration....

thin + inspiration

its motivation to lose weight....

My current goal weight it 115 lbs

i checked for my height its ok...

um....good rule of thumb never go under 100

ana tips help....

but ana mindset doesn't



1. drink lots of water

2. have safe food all the time with everything (fruits and veggies and what not)

3. Take a vitamin everyday

4. stop eating after 8

5. Milk is important!!!

6. have vegan days

7. Tea helps open digetstive track when u fast

8. cardio is good but do switch with resistance work

9.craving is only a feeling if u really want that ice cream and u really know u shouldnt i start counting or doing algebra or physics im ocd w numbers so it keeps my mind off of food

10. Self control is a biggie just like anything else

11. PURGING IS BAD!!! (i admit to an occasional laxitive purge but that is bad!!! BAD BAD BAD!!)

12. WORK OUT!!! all healthy and successful weight loss involves exercise

13. ALways have thinspo on hand!!!
