well I have had pnemonuia thats why i have ben so weak, doctor wont let me return tell monday. so still not perfect but at least up and around some of the time. chest hurts to breathe, cant get no oxygen it feels like. alot of medication. so thanks for wishes family

Aww, get well soon. You might like to think about a nebuliser or sit over an roasting hot infusion of herbs and hot water with a towel over your head. Either will open your lungs more to be able to breath deeper :)

Sorry if i haven't been around lately, been real sick at home. could not even get myself out of bed. little better today. now work needs a doctor excuse to let me come back to work. oh well, go see doctor tomorrow.
