Chaos Magick "Alphabet of Desire"

17:42 Apr 29 2026
Times Read: 121

What is called the “Alphabet of Desire”, as presented in Liber Null & Psychonaut by Peter J. Carroll, is not truly an alphabet in the conventional sense. It is not meant to be read, but to be experienced. It is a symbolic architecture of human emotion, a map of forces that govern the inner landscape.
At its core lies a simple but unsettling principle: every emotion contains its opposite. Love carries the seed of hatred, desire coexists with fear, pleasure shadows pain, and ecstasy borders collapse. This dual structure is not a flaw, but the engine of transformation. What the old alchemists expressed as Solve et Coagula is here revealed as the pulse of the psyche itself.
Each emotional current manifests through different states. There is the active form, raw and instinctive, driving action and impulse. There is the passive form, heavy and inward, where emotion stagnates and folds into itself. And there is the mercurial state, the exalted condition where intensity reaches a peak and the mind becomes momentarily unified. This is the gnosis sought in chaos magic, the threshold where intention can bypass the filters of reason.
The symbols associated with these emotional principles are not mere representations. They are tools, keys designed to interact directly with the unconscious. In the work of Austin Osman Spare, the sigil is not a drawing but an act of compression, a way of collapsing desire into a form that can be released beyond language.
Through this lens, the Alphabet of Desire becomes something else entirely. It is not a system to memorize, but a method to engage with the raw material of the self. The practitioner does not invoke external forces, but navigates internal polarities, intensifies them, and redirects them toward a chosen outcome.
And yet, there is a necessary fracture in this vision. From another perspective, this entire structure can be reduced to psychological mechanisms. Symbolic focus, emotional amplification, and autosuggestion form a closed loop that produces subjective effects without altering external reality. The risk is not in the system itself, but in mistaking internal shifts for universal influence.
So the question remains open. Is this a language of power, or a refined illusion of control. The answer does not lie in belief, but in results. If nothing changes beyond perception, then nothing has truly been done.
In the end, the Alphabet of Desire is a mirror. Whether it reveals transformation or delusion depends entirely on the one who dares to look into it.

This kind of writing consists of notes drawn from my own practices, studies, and personal gnosis. I simply leave them here because I believe they all share something in common with the subject that concerns us here: the Vampyre and its various inner facets. If I see that they interest you, I will continue posting more.

Theory from the Daylight Side

19:27 Apr 28 2026
Times Read: 162

This is a personal theory, an unverified gnosis that I share as a way to open reflection and comparison with others. It is not intended as an absolute truth, but as an interpretative framework.
Vampyrism is understood here as an initiatory path of inner transformation, a process of rupture with one’s previous identity that functions as a rite of passage in the sense described within anthropology, where the individual undergoes a symbolic death and a conscious rebirth.
The so-called alchemical change is not literal or physical, but an expression of spiritual alchemy, in which psychic matter is broken down, refined, and rebuilt through will and intention.
phenotypic plasticity plays a key role, since by altering habits, rhythms, and environment, the body responds with changes in perception, sensitivity, and presence, which can be subjectively interpreted as a form of mutation.
The concept of the archicephalon is introduced as a personal term for the instinctive base of the human being, related to structures studied in neuroscience such as the limbic system and the brainstem, understood here not only as biological substrates but as the origin of primal energy, the inner “beast” or “dragon”.
This base is connected to the Jungian shadow, where the shadow represents the distorted manifestation of what is not integrated, while the archicephalon represents the raw source of impulse itself.
The proposed initiatory path does not consist of denying this nature, but of recognizing, disciplining, and directing it, transforming impulse into a controlled instrument.
On an energetic and spiritual level, although not scientifically verifiable, sustained practices of attention, control, and selective isolation are proposed to generate perceived changes in aura or etheric body, interpreted as a reorganization of internal state.
The outcome of this process is not a biological transformation into something non-human, but a profound reconfiguration of behavior, perception, and presence, experienced as personal evolution.
This theory remains open to interpretation, critique, and development, and is simply a way of giving language to a subjective experience of discipline and inner transformation taken to its extreme.

Nigredo.

18:32 Apr 28 2026
Times Read: 183

For some, what I write will sound like fantasy or outright lies. For others, it will feel like a reality worth pursuing. And for a few, it will hit closer than expected, reflecting parts of themselves they don’t usually confront. I have no intention of giving unnecessary details, nor do I need to. Not everything is meant to be exposed or explained. In the end, we are all characters moving across a board, whether we accept it or not, and those who deny it often do so out of fear rather than understanding.
My awakening, or what I came to interpret as my Nigredo, was anything but clear. Even now, I question whether it ever truly ended. Around seven years ago, something began to shift inside me. A deep, consuming thirst appeared, followed by confusion, then chaos. Relationships that had been part of my life for years began to collapse, as if something within me rejected their foundation. I became more impulsive, more detached, less concerned with the structures that once defined my place in the world. It felt like being dismantled and rebuilt at the same time.
In the middle of that process, I chose not to resist it. Instead, I stepped into it fully. I left with nothing but a backpack, a hammock, and the company of a friend who shared that road for a time. What followed were six months of living outside structure, moving through Spain, crossing France, and eventually reaching Köln. We traveled by hitchhiking, by slipping into trains unnoticed, by adapting to whatever situation presented itself. Food came from wherever it could, sometimes given, sometimes taken. Survival stripped everything down to its core. Comfort disappeared first, then pride, then fear in the way most people understand it. What replaced it was something sharper, more observant, more aligned with instinct than with social conditioning.
That period was not just about survival, it was a form of transformation. What many call vampirism is not about myth or fiction, but about an alchemical shift, a transition from a passive human state into something more aware, more adaptive, more capable of drawing from what surrounds it. It is the recognition of energy in all its forms, and the conscious interaction with it. Those six months forced me to confront myself without filters, without distractions, without illusions. In that confrontation, I began to understand what I am, and more importantly, what I am not.
It was there, in that raw and unstructured existence, that I connected with what I call my Dragon, what others might name the Beast. Not as something to suppress, but as something to recognize, refine, and direct. That connection did not make things easier, but it made them clearer. And sometimes, clarity is far more dangerous than comfort.

Watched, Not Touched

Times Read: 215

I don’t know what awaits me in VR, but so far the experience feels like walking through a cemetery while specters watch me from the shadows without interacting, ironic and amusing from my point of view.
I ended up here by pure chance, in Spain these things are not used as much, society is a bit less inclined to create things that are different or new, things that stand out from the ordinary, and most people settle for Instagram or any common social network, which makes VR something new and quite interesting for me, and an opportunity to meet like minded Vampyros, I have been reading some personal blogs and you can find all kinds of things, which I find very interesting, I also want to send my regards to those who come with good intentions and I appreciate those who leave a comment and a rating on my profile.
Soon I will share some stories of things that have happened to me, always keeping my feet on the ground.
Greetings.

Phenotypic plasticity according to the vampiric viaticum

00:21 Apr 28 2026
Times Read: 269

The genesis of the Vampire phenotype is
epigenetic and developmental in nature. That is to
say that certain stimulus within the environment
interacts with the human genome and causes what
is know as phenotypic plasticisation.
The term 'phenotypic plasticity' refers to the ability
of an organism to change its phenotype in
response to changes in the environment. In some
organisms the plasticity that is expressed results in
distinct morphological changes during
development. In other cases the phenotypic
plasticity that occurs can be expressed as
behavioural changes during adult life.
The environmental stimuli that are involved in the
genesis of the Vampire phenotype are 23
a combination of psychological, psychic
and physical developmental events and processes.
The earliest episode of psychological stimuli can
occur during transition to adolescence. The
transition to adolescence is characterised by
cognitive developmental changes i.e. the onset of
the ability to think abstractly, process hypothetical
situations and use reason to form logical
conclusions. This process occurs around the age of
twelve (onset of puberty) and also typically
involves psychic events such as clairsentience and
clairaudience.
The physical environmental stimulus may
be repeat prolonged exposure to sunlight and
injury resulting in loss of blood, all during an age.
The awareness and acknowledgment of
the damage the sun is doing to DNA and the
experience of losing of the self and
acknowledgment of separation of self and body
during the process of bleeding are the experiences
indicated. It is important to acknowledge that the
physical stimulus mentioned here will not produce 24
a phenotype expression alone.
In this
context repeat exposure to sunlight in most
individuals will lead to nothing more than tanning
of the skin (melanogenesis). If this experience is
repeated throughout generations of a particular
population then the overall pigmentation of the
skin of their progeny will increase. The reason
why the Vampire phenotype may be expressed in
response to repeat sun exposure will not be just
related to a reaction to skin damage. The sun also
has a subtle affect on neurological activity and as a
result psychic activity.
The earth's atmosphere is
filled with an electromagnetic resonance called
the 'Schumann resonance'. This resonance is
created by lightening charges within the cavity
formed by the ionosphere and the earth's surface.
The average frequency of this resonance is the
same as that of Alpha Brain waves 7.8 Hz. The
Schumann resonance frequency is lower at night
than during the day, thus Alpha and Theta brain
wave activity (most commonly associated with
psychic phenomena) is naturally more in sync with
the earth at night.
The latent Vampyre will naturally have a preference for the night over day light
hours, as the night offers a more compatible

psychic medium. The other obvious factor that
relates to nocturnal preference is the avoidance of
the psychic energy of others. For those who are
psychically sensitive any environment that is busy
with human traffic will eventually be detrimental.
The latent Cruor V will generally be repulsed by
environments that are charged with unstable or
fluctuating psychic energy. The experiences
mentioned here are common to all who have above
normal psychic potential. However, it does not
take long for an individual to find their true
psycho-spiritual nature.

On Discipline, the Esoteric Path, and the Void of Combat. By drako

00:11 Apr 28 2026
Times Read: 272

Discipline is not a virtue it is the architecture of will. Without it, the seeker of the esoteric path remains fragmented, easily swayed by impulse and illusion. Through discipline, the scattered self is gathered, sharpened, and aligned with something greater than comfort or desire.
In martial training, discipline ceases to be abstract. It becomes breath, repetition, exhaustion endured in silence. Every strike, every stance, every moment of refusal to quit is a conversation with the self stripped of excuses, stripped of masks. The body becomes a vessel through which intent is forged into precision.
The esoteric path demands the same rigor. It is not walked through belief alone, but through the continuous shaping of one’s inner architecture. To understand darkness, silence, and endurance is to confront the parts of oneself that resist transformation. Without discipline, the path collapses into fantasy.
Combat, however, is the ultimate threshold. To fight is to step into the void where certainty dissolves. There are no guarantees, no narratives, no philosophical comfort only action unfolding in real time under pressure. It is a voluntary descent into unpredictability, where the self is tested beyond theory.
The warrior must learn tolerance not of pain alone, but of chaos, fear, and the collapse of expectation. In that space, where control is partial and outcomes uncertain, the true nature of the individual is revealed. Not as who they believe themselves to be, but as who remains when belief is stripped away.
To train is to prepare. To fight is to surrender preparation to reality. And between these two lies the essence of the warrior’s path: the willingness to step into the void without guarantee of return, and to stand within it without breaking.

A reflection based on my own pathei mathos, I hope it helps someone keep moving forward.
