So in the last few days my nightmares have come back in full force and there is nothing I can do about I mean I even sit there and think freaking happy thoughts before I go to bed but that seem to make them worse maybe it all the bad things I have been avoiding or it's that I haven't talked to the one who keeps them away because i have been acting unlike myself
