Since I get asked all the time here on VR, where did the name for my bat come from, I decided to type it out for everyone to read. Enjoy, kids.



Back in 2003, I started working at Starbucks and there was a supervisor named Heather “Little Boy Blue” Perales that hated me and the rest of the world. She would literally go out of her way to make it known that she hated me. One night, she was spewing out her evil venom while I was stuck sweeping and moping the storefront while she was getting lovey-dovey with her then girlfriend Val. While I was thinking to myself how unfair this situation was, I reminded myself to move the baseball bat (earlier that day, I was out playing baseball with a few JROTC buddies) from the backseat of my car. Then, like a flash of lightning, I had a vision of me smashing Heather’s face in with the bat. Then, over the store’s loudspeakers Little Richard’s song “Lucille” was blasting through the speakers. My vision and the song just somehow meshed together and the name Lucille for the baseball bat stuck.
