I have talked before about how we all have our own repertoire (yes, I had to look up the spelling.) of personal stories, well, here is my "aliens killed my fish" story:



When I was younger, still living at home, I had a small fishtank with about 8 or so fish in it. It was on a table right under my bedroom window. So, one night I was awakened by a strange hummy-whirlly sound. I had a the shade drawn on my window, but could see a blue light shinning around the edges. It moved from top to bottom like it was scanning. It scared the bejesus out of me, and my dog who was sleeping in my room with me. We got out and went down the hall to get my Mom. When we returned with her to my room, which Patches wouldn't even go into, it was gone. I relunctly went back to bed, with my door open I must add. The next morning I woke to find all the fish in the tank in front of that window belly up. I, and the rest of my family, am convinced it was something other than coincidence. I think it was a UFO. I did live in military housing at that time, so I guess you could argue it was just some wierd "military thing", but I lost sleep, my dog got scared, and I'm still out 8 fish.
