Trying to make up time with Davey for busy summer with classes. I know I neglected him but in the long run/big picture, I'll make more money. Had an awesome anniversary weekend with dinner and a play. Tomorrow it's painting in a bar and mini road trip with Paul for the magic soup balls. Want to go back to zoo with Davey to show him all the wonderful things I saw during class. He has been real supportive about my art and book. He bought a sketch book and brushes for me. Guess he is a keeper.
Dave loved his Star Fleet ring for his anniversary gift. Tomorrow is a play. Tonight is dinner out and fun stuff. Matt and Roe gave us Star Trek towels. I'm the captain, I called dibs on that. Together for 22 years, married 15
Dave knew I loved the animal classes I took this summer. So as an anniversary gift he bought a weather class for me to take. How cool! He says that is my next career when I retire. Love learning about storms.

Reading this as storm come in, thunder rolling. :D Congrats on the anniversary, and I enjoyed reading about the animals this summer too. *hugs*
I just am really exhausted after all these classes, papers and tests. I think I need at least 2 cups of coffee to make it to Trueblood. Even with Roe in and I was just not in the mood. No energy to go out with Sam . Was planning to celebrate completion of classes but I may be sleepy by 9. Glad that Roe is here for stupid plasterers because I'm bringing to vet tomorrow. Not sure if it's just allergies or reaction to chemo med. Her paw is all raw and bleeding from the itching. At least I got some painting done on my artwork for book before the exhaustion set in.
Almost done with paper. Matt looked over it and did some editing. Have to work on letter , then done. Mulling over getting my book published. Dave suggested talking to Tom, my road trip buddy. He has a publisher. So maybe!. Matt suggested adding more pages. So I was planning more last night. Might use some of Dave's art as well.
After a week with the animals at the zoo, I have zoo withdrawal. Loved the sound of the animals in the morning before the people came. Awesome experience. I taped the baby seal. It sounded like a lamb. Adorable!
We spent over an hour with the gorillas in the Congo exhibit. They are so peaceful. They have expressive faces. One wigged out and banged on the glass by me. I took some amazing pictures of my zoo experiences that I will have to post.
I was sending pictures from the zoo all day. It was a fun day. Our class was by the baboons.
Today is our vampire game. Evil gm Matt is sending a group of us to settle the werewolf and Sabboth issues. Only Andrea and Minder are fighters. Michelle is a runner at the drop of a hat. Nicoletta talks to goats. Good thing I have other characters because I think Andrea is going to die. Should be interesting. Not sure if Dave is playing Big Bad Wolf Aidan or not. Either way I see death and destruction.
