One grated square of pure dark chocolate. 70% cocoa.

One spoon of black sugar. un-refined.

Three spoons of Organic Chocolate powder. [hotchoc]

Half spoon of Honey.

Three spoons of protein powder. [SOYA]

Small amout of chilli powder or cayenpepper. or more if you desire.



Add heated water. Do NOT add milk.



Stir and Drink.



this will sustain many of kine breeds. but it rarely satisfy any except the wanna be, th thrall, or blvvd doll..



alternatively mix iron powder and yeast. but it tastes grim.
