I sometimes give 10's because if they only started a few minutes prior, then they haven't even had chance to put anything remotely interesting up. & I'm too lazy to rerate :)

I agree. Makes those who work on profiles less. But that is rating.



If they would have to be a level....4 or 5 before we have to rate them, give them time to build a profile...would that change anything? Or will people just give tens no matter what?

I rate ones... IDK. I rate honestly. If they fix it back up, they can ask me for a re-rate. I have no problem with re-rating, but the profile itself in my opinion will be rated how I see fit at the time I rate it based on its merit and my own damn opinion.

I agree with VW. If we could only rate them at level 5 it would make it fair, then I would judge truly on their profile.



Plus, profiles under level 5 end up getting deleted, so it's a waste of everyones time rating them anyway

i hate w,hen i see that too. i rate them 1's alot, they sure as hell wont be getting a 10

I agree. I rate them what they deserve and then continue to rate whomever participated in his or her inscrupulous 10-giving.
