I have a doctor's appointment today. Of course it's raining. Every time after surgery it's miserable and I have to wear a bag on my foot for my follow-up appointment. I'm looking out the window thinking oh crap when I notice the rain changing to snow and then ice then back to snow. Very cool. Never noticed that before. At least I don't need a bag today. I got new flowered combat boots with pink flowers. Then as soon as I come from the doctor I can snuggle in bed with my I don't care pj's and hot cocoa. Not a bad day after all, hehe.

Thursday I go to the doctor to get the stitches out. Enjoying the movies and staying home. It happened at a good time because my ex had to go in for a test on his heart and possibly put a stint in his valve. He may be the ex but talk about extended families. He is still family. He is Matt's dad and he has become Dave' friend. He visited Dave in the hospital after the transplant. I've been taking it easy as ordered and big brother is watching(Dave). He will rat me out to the doctor. The knee is still swollen. But it is 100x better than being at work moving some damn furniture.

The Tim Burton exhibit at the MoMo was awesome. It had every movie he has done including the upcoming Alice. Incredible art work. Too bad no photos were permitted.

My heart breaks every time I look at Shadow. My pld girl is 20 years old. Happy except for being so skinny and having the milky eyes. reminds me of dad. Can't remember if she ate either. The vet says she's blind and wants to take her eyes out. At 20 years old, isn't that harsh. Let the poor old girl alone. She soesn't look like she's in pain. The vet says she is. The operation sounds painful to me and can she survive it.
